Capture more of the customers already looking for repairs.

Give the service desk one record for the customer request. Your team still diagnoses, sells, repairs, and collects.

30-day trial, no per-lead fee. Month to month. Cancel before day 31 to skip the first paid month.

Owner AppDemo data

One request record from first contact to sold work.

BayFlow sits before the repair order. It keeps the front-door details together so the service desk can follow up without rebuilding the story from calls, texts, and photos.

Intake

Customer describes the concern

The shop page collects contact details, vehicle information, optional photos, and an optional requested time.

Follow-up

The service desk owns the next move

The request appears in the Owner App with its status, conversation, appointment, and photo context.

Outcome

The shop records what happened

Sold work can carry a repair-order ID, collected revenue, and direct job cost supplied by the shop.

Use the customer side yourself.

This is the live booking surface with a clearly labeled demo shop. Entries are discarded, so you can test the path without creating a customer record.

Start where the customer starts.

Explain the problem, attach photos, add the vehicle, and request a time from a phone. Then open the Owner App tour to see how that information reaches the shop.

The first BayFlow shops.

Yaffo Auto Service and One Stop Oil & Auto are the founding pilots. Both shop sites take public service requests. Recorded results publish here only after the shop owner approves the numbers.

Warranty and cash-pay work stays on the shop site.

Yaffo and One Stop handle mechanical work from Silver Rock, Endurance, CarShield, Fidelity, Assurant, and Carchex. That is vehicle service contract work, not insurance claims.

What would BayFlow need to cover?

Use the shop's own contribution per sold job. BayFlow does not supply a repair-order or margin benchmark.

Fee coverage check

This compares the selected plan and entered ad spend with the shop's own contribution per sold job.

Open the missed call text back calculator

Enter the shop's contribution per sold job to calculate fee coverage.

Planning math, not a promised result. It does not prove incremental lift, payback, or ROAS.

Why BayFlow?

Most shop systems begin with the repair order. BayFlow gives the earlier customer intent a shop-owned path into follow-up.

Other layer
BayFlow's role
Shop management begins with the repair order
Capture the concern, photos, contact, and optional time before the repair order
Generic scheduling begins with a calendar
Keep the automotive concern, vehicle, appointment, and outcome together
A lead vendor may sell a contact
Give one shop its own intake path and record for a monthly platform fee
BayFlow does not create search demand.

Core captures customers who already find the shop. Growth can add human-managed Google Search campaigns, but traffic and sold work still depend on market demand, ad budget, shop response, and repair execution.

Three plans, one monthly fee.

No per-lead fee and no contract. Growth ad spend stays on the shop's own Google account and card.

The trial is 30 days. There is no per-lead fee.

Plan terms

Plans are month to month. Cancel when you want.

No contract

The shop keeps its customer records and Google Ads account.

Shop control

Results need a record behind them.

We do not publish customer results until the source records, dates, attribution rule, and owner approval support them.

Baseline

Fix the comparison dates and record existing leads, booked work, sold work, and collected repair revenue.

Live requests

Use status history and match sold BayFlow leads to repair-order revenue and direct cost.

Reconciliation

Review attribution and outcome records with the shop before making a performance statement.

Approved proof

Case studies and before-and-after claims stay blocked until the evidence is complete and approved.

Retention rules are part of onboarding.

Each shop confirms how request data, photos, and customer records should be handled before launch.

Questions before onboarding.

BayFlow works beside the shop system already in place. The owner keeps control of shop data, ad accounts, and operating decisions.

Does BayFlow replace shop-management software?

No. BayFlow handles intake and follow-up before the repair order and stores the recorded outcome supplied by the shop.

How does BayFlow bring leads?

Core organizes existing demand from Search, Maps, referrals, and shop links. Growth can add human-managed Google Search campaigns for services the shop actually performs.

Does BayFlow guarantee leads or revenue?

No. BayFlow provides the intake path, follow-up record, attribution, and outcome evidence. Market demand and shop execution determine results.

How fast can a shop go live?

The onboarding target is one business day after the shop confirms its phone, hours, services, owner access, and approved assets. It is not called live until the booking and access checks pass.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month to month. The 30-day trial starts first. There is no per-lead fee on any plan.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime. The trial does not charge until day 31. After that, cancel and billing stops at the end of the current month.

Who owns the shop data?

The shop owns its customer records, photos, and Google Ads account. BayFlow stores request data to run intake and follow-up. Retention is set with the shop at onboarding.

Is BayFlow the same as Autoflow's Bayflow cameras?

No. BayFlow at mybayflow.com is customer intake and follow-up for independent mechanic shops. It is not Autoflow's Bayflow bay-camera product.

A customer who can't reach you calls the next shop.

Give ready-to-act customers a clear path while the service desk is busy or the shop is closed.
